Withdraw online

Customers of Stagecockpit who bought as consumers can withdraw from a purchase during the withdrawal period directly in the customer portal: Withdraw from contract (Vertrag widerrufen). You immediately receive a confirmation of receipt by e-mail.

Purchases of Stagecockpit are governed by the following information for digital content not supplied on a tangible medium (part B1 of our terms).

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (1More UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Kienberger Allee 4, 12529 Schönefeld, Germany, phone +49 30 991910724, e-mail mail@stagecockpit.app) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an e-mail). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

You can also exercise your right of withdrawal online on the online interface on which you concluded the contract, using the button "Withdraw from contract" ("Vertrag widerrufen"). If you use this online function, we will send you a confirmation of receipt on a durable medium (e.g. by e-mail) without delay, with information on the content of the declaration of withdrawal and the date and time of its receipt.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

Additional information on digital content

You do not owe compensation for the value of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium in the event of a withdrawal. For a contract with an obligation to pay, the right of withdrawal expires before the end of the period only if we have begun performance of the contract, you have expressly agreed to the early start and confirmed your knowledge that the right expires when performance begins, and we have provided you with the confirmation required by law under Section 312f BGB. For a contract without an obligation to pay a price, it expires in accordance with the law when performance of the contract begins.
